Guy has over 25 years’ experience in strategic market development across Australia and New Zealand as well advising major operations in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. Working exclusively with blue chip multinationals including Johnson & Johnson, Synthes and Smith and Nephew, and with the last 15 years as ANZ Marketing lead for divisions of Synthes and Smith & Nephew, Guy established and ran a successful medical device distribution company with links across Australia and New Zealand for over 7 years before selling the business to move into the corporate sector.

Guy’s expertise in all aspects of product life cycle is extensive having led teams in product ideation, engineering and development, clinical research, compliance and market access including optimised pricing, tenders and prostheses list. In addition, he has significant knowledge and expertise in sales, marketing, product and sales training, operations and surgical education events, ranging from registrar level through to masters courses.
